✔ "Entry-Exit Goods Packaging Performance Inspection Result Sheet";

✔ For packaging containers used for the first time, a compatibility test report of the contents with the packaging for more than six months or a self-declaration of compatibility should be provided.

After passing the usage certification or evaluation, customs issues the "Export Dangerous Goods Packaging Usage Certification Result Sheet."

Certificate Validity Period

The validity period of the "Export Dangerous Goods Transport Packaging Usage Certification Result Sheet" is calculated from the date of dangerous goods filling, among which:

The validity period of the usage certification result sheet for packaging containing Class 8 dangerous goods and dangerous goods with corrosive subsidiary hazards is 6 months, while the validity period for other dangerous goods packaging is 12 months.

The validity period of the usage certification result sheet for air transport exported dangerous goods packaging containers is 3 months.

Tips

The validity period of the usage certification result sheet cannot exceed the validity period of the corresponding performance inspection result sheet.

Important Reminder

According to Article 50 of the "Regulations on the Implementation of the Inspection Law of Import and Export Commodities of the People's Republic of China": "Providing or using export dangerous goods packaging containers that have not been certified by the entry-exit inspection and quarantine authorities shall be fined up to 100,000 yuan by the entry-exit inspection and quarantine authorities. Providing or using packaging containers certified as unqualified by the entry-exit inspection and quarantine authorities for shipping export dangerous goods shall be fined up to 200,000 yuan by the entry-exit inspection and quarantine authorities." Customs reminds: Export dangerous goods packaging must not be 'randomly' used.
