The bill does not impose penalties on people who use e-cigarettes. According to the relevant laws of Kazakhstan, the penalty for smoking e-cigarettes in unauthorized places is the same as that for smoking cigarettes, with a maximum fine of 11076 tenge (about 174 yuan).


 

The New Zealand government announced on the same day that it would ban the sale of disposable e-cigarettes and strengthen the management of the e-cigarette retail industry.
