Notice to all export customers!

Customers with recent export business involving pallet packaging, please take note! There is an important new regulation regarding the customs declaration of export goods containing pallets that everyone must know. It is related to the smooth customs clearance of goods, so don't miss it!

⚠️⚠️⚠️Latest Notice: From now on, all export goods containing pallets must clearly indicate "pallet" related information in the "packaging type" column of the customs declaration. Furthermore, the declaration requirements vary depending on the material of the pallet:

If it is a plastic pallet, it should be declared as "other packaging";

If it is a composite board pallet, it should be declared as "recycled wood pallet";

If it is a solid wood pallet, it should be declared as "natural wood pallet", and it must have an IPPC mark, and it must be clearly indicated in the remarks column whether there is an IPPC mark.

Special reminder: If the pallet information is not declared as required, the goods will face disposal, which will undoubtedly affect the export progress of the goods.

To ensure that your goods can pass customs smoothly and avoid unnecessary delays and trouble, please inform us in time about the actual use of pallets, including key information such as the material of the pallet and whether there is an IPPC mark.
